The main request for the video was
to show features of Eiratech Robotics automation solution in the grocery market segment.
With Eiratech team we developed a video script that combined all stages of the workflow of system, from placing an order on the online sales platform to its delivery.
Part 1. Notification for the store customer and transition to the store where the order will be assembled.
To show all the steps of how an order is created and added to the system, we designed several supermarket scenes — from the main hall to the dark store where delivery orders are kept.
It was important to clearly show what the Turnaround station (TAS) looks like — this is where store employees bring the cart with collected orders. Since these stations are meant to be installed inside the store, it could seem difficult or might disturb the store’s design, especially in premium locations.
But this placement makes the system work as efficiently as possible. That’s why we show the stations in a real store environment. All objects in the scene were made from scratch, including the graphic design of product labels.
Part 3. Processing orders at the Turnaround Station and sending them to Back of Store.
In the next scene, we used a slightly different visual style to highlight the most important part of our installation — a mezzanine level (EiraSky) that connects the collection stations (TAS) with the Back of Store. Robots act as domestics that carry the collected baskets to the delivery area.
Part 4. Distribution of orders to the buffer, in order of priority
In this scene, we used a time-lapse technique to show how the Linear robot picks up the collected baskets and sorts them into the buffer according to delivery status. Orders ready to go out immediately are sent first, while those scheduled for later are moved to the cooling area. This helps show another key advantage of the system — different temperature zones for storage.
Part 5. Loading distributed orders into a van and delivering them to the customer.
